PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Members arrive after school by bus (Lakota 2nd-9th only) or parent/guardian drop off.
- Our 5th/6th grade membership is currently full. Reach out to add your interested member to the waitlist.
- Upon arrival, members can enjoy a complimentary snack along with open Club options.
- After the arrival period, members go to their age-specific homerooms, based on their grade level. The first program of the day for all members is Power Hour. Power Hour is a designated time for member to focus on homework, get assistance from trained staff and volunteers, or taking advantage of BGCWCL's other academic supports, like *Edmentum or *Edge Fearless Learning.
- After Power Hour, members may choose from a variety of skill-building programs like Sports in the gymnasium, Maker Space in the art studio, and more!
- Parents/guardians can pick up anytime using our safe, convenient curbside text system.

PRICING
Standard Pricing (One Time Fee)
$200 for Academic School Year (August 15, 20224- May 22, 2025)
Registration after January 1 will be prorated to 50% of the annual fee.
Free & Reduced Lunch Pricing
Discounts available for members who qualify for free/reduced lunch. Questions for eligibility are included in the Membership application.
School year registration is not guaranteed until payment is received.
TRANSPORTATION
- Transportation is provided for Lakota schools, 2nd-9th grade; However, parents/ guardians MUST complete this transportation form for their school.
- High School transportation is available through our Club Van. Spots on the van may be limited. If your member is able to drive themselves, please complete a Member Safety Plan with the Club Director.
HOLIDAYS, BREAKS, & IN-SERVICE DAYS
BGCWCL will be closed on the following days:
9/2/24: Labor Day
10/10/24: Club Closed
10/18/24: Fall Break
11/27/24 - 11/29/24: Thanksgiving, +1 day before/after
12/23/24 - 1/6/25: Winter Break
3/14/25: Staff Training
4/18/24: Easter
The Club will remain OPEN, from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on the following Lakota In-service/Professional Development days.
10/17/24: In-service day
11/05/24: Election Day
1/20/24: Martin Luther King Day
2/14/25: No School
2/17/25: President’s Day
4/14/25 - 4/17/25: Spring Break
5/6/25 - Election Day
